Return And Refunds

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement subject to the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• If the requested replacement is not available, we will offer you either:
 • A similar product, or
 • A full refund.

Note:

Replacements are only provided in cases where the issue is due to an error on our side. If not, we will not be able to process a replacement request.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used, particularly beauty and personal care products.


Refunds 

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The item is defective.

• The item was not included in your order.

• The item arrives damaged.

In these cases:

• A replacement will be provided at no additional cost, including delivery fees.

• If a replacement is not available, you may choose between a full refund or an alternative item.
