Welcome to bbeauty. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or placing any order. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Company information 

Bbeauty is a company registered in the state of Qatar under Commercial Registered No. (195177), with its legal headquarters based in Doha, Qatar 

2. Registration & Account Use

• You can browse and use the website either as a guest or by creating an account to enjoy full access to our services.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate and for keeping your login information secure.

• Our customer support team will never ask for your password.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is correct and that you agree to our terms and conditions.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to review and approval by our team.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

 • Inability to verify the payment method.

 • Suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

⁠• Product is out of stock.
 
• Delivery to the provided address is not possible.

• If we are unable to reach you within 2 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Products availability 

• Product availability is regularly updated on our website.

• However, availability is not guaranteed at all times, as stock levels may change due to multiple orders being placed simultaneously.

• In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Payment methods 

When placing an order on our website, you may choose from the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (available within Qatar only)
• Credit Card/Online payments (available for Qatar and GCC countries)

6. Delivery schedule (within Qatar)

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Important Notes:

• Delivery times are approximate and will be arranged with the courier based on their schedule.

• Bbeauty is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by.

• The customer not being available at the delivery address.

 • Any requested changes or postponements to the delivery.

• The courier will attempt to contact you up to 3 times. If there is no response within 2 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
