1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used beauty products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process

- Approval: Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Shipping the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
